Andrew has a passion for working with helping his clients achieve their goals. He provides clear and easily understandable explanations to legal matters. Andrew is outcome oriented with a focus on efficiency and clarity.
Andrew received his B.A. from California State University San Marcos, Dean’s List, and his J.D. from California Western School of Law, Dean’s List. Andrew was an academic tutor for Legal Writing and passed the California Bar on his first attempt.
Born in San Diego, Andrew’s upbringing was greatly influenced by his immigrant grandparents who instilled a belief of American opportunity and appreciation of the blessings of this country. Andrew enjoys traveling, music, the outdoors, volunteering, and time with his family.

Christopher K. Rice, Esq.
Christopher has spent nearly two decades serving the public. Prior to attending law school, he was a local police officer and detective in Northern California. He has spent the last five years working for the California Department of Social Services supervising teams who protect the most vulnerable of victims.
While working for CDSS, Christopher attend California Western School of Law, Dean’s List, earned an Academic Excellence Award, and passed the California Bar on his first attempt.
Christopher’s extensive background has taught him empathy and developed a strong foundation for him to be the right advocate for his clients. He believes everyone deserves equal access to, and protection under the law, and in providing quality legal services at an affordable cost. Christopher enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with his family.

“Lizzy” is our office administrator and directs the client experience. She is a California Notary Public and available for mobile signings throughout San Diego County.
Lizzy is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys the beach, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
